Account Deletion for FlexSync

Delete your FlexSync account in the Android app (Recommended)

The fastest and most secure way to remove your data is directly through the FlexSync app.

  1. Sign in, open Settings, go to Account, and choose Delete FlexSync Account.
  2. Review the impact, enter your current password, and type DELETE.
  3. Acknowledge the retention summary, and choose Delete permanently.

Important Prerequisite: If you are the sole owner of an active team, you must archive each such team first before proceeding with account deletion.

What happens when you delete your account:

  • Successful deletion immediately revokes your active sessions, removes active memberships, cancels future bookings and pending trades, and deletes personal notifications.
  • We will anonymize your email, display name, designation, and historical identity references.
  • Data Retention: Limited anonymized scheduling history, security/audit records, legal-acceptance evidence, deletion-event evidence, and archived operational records will be retained for [Insert counsel-approved operational, security, or legal retention period].

Submit a Manual Web Request (Alternative)

If you cannot access the Android app, you may submit a manual deletion request using the form below. Please note that submitting this form does not automatically or immediately delete your data.

  • Required Information: You must provide your registered email address.
  • Security Warning: NEVER submit your password, one-time verification code, authentication token, invite code, or unnecessary team data in this form. We will never ask for this information.
  • You can request deletion of your FlexSync account and associated personal information through the form on this page.

Identity verification

Nenuvo will send a confirmation email to the registered address or request other limited information needed to verify the account.

Account deletion and team removal are different

Removing a member from one team may leave the account and participation in other teams intact. Account deletion applies to the user account and may remove access to all teams. Administrators may retain organization records that no longer identify the deleted user where appropriate.

What may be retained

Limited audit, security, legal, dispute, fraud-prevention, or regulatory records may be retained where permitted or required. Nenuvo will notify the requester when the request has been completed or if more information is required.

This form creates a deletion request; it does not delete application data automatically. Nenuvo will verify the request using the registered email address. Never submit a password.
