Website Privacy Policy

This policy describes website-related processing on nenuvo.com and the Nenuvo Player ID service (section 12). Nenuvo products may have separate product-specific privacy policies.

1. Information you submit

When you use a contact, support, privacy, or account-deletion request form, Nenuvo receives the information you choose to provide. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, product, device details, message, and an optional screenshot.

2. Server and security logs

The hosting environment may create technical logs needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or user-agent information, response status, and security events.

3. Cookies and local storage

The initial website does not intentionally use advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress may use necessary cookies for administrators or logged-in users. The light/dark preference is stored locally in the browser. Forms use temporary security controls, including nonces and short-lived rate-limit records.

4. How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, provide support, process privacy or deletion requests, maintain security, prevent misuse, diagnose technical problems, and operate the website.

5. Email delivery and service providers

Form submissions are routed by email using WordPress. Hosting, security, and email-delivery providers may process information only as needed to provide their services and operate the website.

6. Sharing and sale

Nenuvo does not sell information submitted through the website. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the website or email service, or when reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.

7. Retention

Enquiries, logs, and related email records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the relevant request and any legitimate operational, legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute purpose.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law and the information held, a person may ask about, access, correct, or request deletion of personal information. Nenuvo may need to verify identity and may retain information where permitted or required. Contact support@nenuvo.com.

9. Security

Nenuvo uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the website. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

10. Children’s privacy

The website is not designed to collect personal information from children. Contact Nenuvo if you believe a child submitted information through the website so the situation can be reviewed.

11. Changes and contact

This policy may be updated when the website, providers, or legal requirements change. Privacy questions may be sent to support@nenuvo.com.

12. Nenuvo Player ID

Nenuvo Player ID is a shared account for Nenuvo games: a short random code, such as #7K3P9M, created without any sign-up. MagLev Racing for Android uses it from version 0.4.0; its privacy policy says what it saves. Every Nenuvo game that uses it says so in its own privacy policy, including what that game saves.

What the service keeps

  • Account record: your Player ID, an internal account number and the date the account was created.
  • Sign-in tokens: random strings that let a game prove which player it is. Our servers keep only scrambled (hashed) versions. Unused sign-ins expire after 180 days.
  • Cloud saves: your progress in games that use Player ID, so you can continue on another device.
  • Any name you set in a game.
  • If you link Google (optional): the account number Google gives us for you, your Google email address and whether Google has verified it. We do not receive your Google password or contacts.
  • Technical records: the time of each request, which function was used, the result and how long it took. To protect the service from abuse, it keeps a keyed, one-way scrambled version of your IP address for up to two days. Our hosting provider’s web servers may also keep standard access logs, including IP addresses, for a short time.

We do not use this information for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell it.

Where it is kept

The service runs on servers of our hosting provider in Germany (European Union). Any backups are encrypted and kept by a separate storage provider. Google is involved only when you choose to sign in with Google, and that sign-in is covered by Google’s privacy policy. We share this information with no one else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it, and deleting your account

We keep it until you delete your account. You can do that in a game’s account settings, at id.nenuvo.com/delete for accounts linked to Google, or by writing to support@nenuvo.com with your Player ID. Deleting removes your sign-in methods, cloud saves, names and sessions in every Nenuvo game at once. Your Player ID code is retired so it is never given to anyone else, with nothing about you attached to it. Copies in backups disappear within six months.
