Security concerns relating to Nenuvo products may be reported privately to support@nenuvo.com. Identify the affected product and explain the issue in enough detail for safe investigation.
- Identify the affected product, version, and platform.
- Explain the issue and provide safe reproduction information.
- Avoid accessing, changing, or retaining unnecessary user data.
- Do not publicly disclose an unresolved issue.
- Do not include passwords, authentication codes, private keys, or unrelated confidential information.
Nenuvo does not currently claim security certifications, independent audits, completed penetration tests, guaranteed security, or bug-bounty payments.
