1. Acceptance and eligibility
Welcome to FlexSync by Nenuvo. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nenuvo (“we”, “us”, or “our”), located at Hyderabad, India.
By creating an account, accessing, or using FlexSync by Nenuvo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Account creation and continued access to the service require your acceptance of the active version of these Terms. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update here in the website.
2. Registration, verification, and security
Users must provide accurate registration information, complete required email verification, protect passwords and verification codes, and notify Nenuvo of suspected unauthorized access.
3. Teams, membership, and invite codes
Team membership may require an invitation or administrator approval. Users and administrators must protect invite codes and use them only for authorized participants. Administrators are responsible for appropriate team configuration and access decisions.
4. Scheduling information and decisions
Users must submit accurate WFH, Leave, availability, and cancellation information. Administrators may approve, reject, override, or cancel scheduling items according to organization rules. FlexSync records and displays decisions but does not make employment decisions for an organization.
5. No entitlement guarantee
FlexSync assists with team scheduling and coordination but does not guarantee Work From Home, Leave, or any employment-related entitlement.
FlexSync by Nenuvo is provided to assist with your organizational needs, subject to the following limitations: Availability: Service availability is not guaranteed.
Notifications: Background notification polling is strictly provided on a “best-effort” basis.
Administrative Responsibility: Administrators remain fully responsible for all operational decisions and data exports.
6. Acceptable use and user-generated information
Users must not misuse accounts, access teams without permission, expose confidential information, upload unlawful content, interfere with the service, or use FlexSync to violate employment, privacy, or other applicable requirements. Teams are responsible for information they enter.
7. Privacy
Use of personal information is described in the FlexSync Privacy Policy. Administrators should provide appropriate internal notices and access only information needed for legitimate team coordination.
8. Availability and maintenance
Nenuvo may maintain, update, change, limit, or discontinue features. Service may be interrupted by maintenance, networks, devices, providers, security events, or other conditions.
9. Intellectual property
FlexSync software, interfaces, branding, and documentation are owned by or licensed to Nenuvo. Users retain responsibility for their lawful team information but grant the limited processing permission needed to operate the service.
10. Suspension, termination, and deletion
Access may be suspended or terminated for security, misuse, legal requirements, administrator membership decisions, or service discontinuation. Account deletion is available through the published process and is different from removal from one team.
Upon termination or account deletion, we do not promise total erasure of your data. We may retain anonymized history, security and audit evidence, evidence of your legal acceptance of these Terms, and archived operational records. For instructions on how to delete your account, please visit our account-deletion page. Our retention and deletion practices are fully aligned with our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers and liability
FlexSync is a coordination aid and does not replace HR policies, employment agreements, payroll processes, statutory obligations, or management judgment. Warranty and liability limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of government of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved through Jurisdiction Courts.

Terms may change with the service. Contact support@nenuvo.com. Governing law, dispute process, legal entity, address, and representative details are as per Nenuvo headquartered country India.
