1. Nenuvo, FlexSync, and contact
This Privacy Policy describes how Nenuvo (“we”, “us”, or “our”), located at Hyderabad, India, collects, uses, and handles your information when you use FlexSync by Nenuvo.

2. Account and profile information
FlexSync may process an email address, password-protected authentication information, display name, optional designation, account verification state, team name, team membership, user role, group membership, and invitation information.
3. Scheduling and team information
FlexSync may process WFH requests, full-day and half-day Leave, continuous Leave ranges, approvals, company holidays, cancellation requests, administrative settings, notifications, and information needed to display shared schedules.
4. Audit, security, and support information
The service may process audit records, security records, device or technical data actually produced by the final configuration, and support communications.
5. How information is used
Information may be used for registration, email verification, authentication, team creation and joining, membership approval, scheduling, WFH and Leave management, calendar display, notifications, reports, security, fraud and misuse prevention, and support.
We collect and process the following categories of data to provide and secure the service:
Account Identity: Email address, display name, optional designation, internal user ID, password hash, verification status/challenges, authentication tokens, and account status.
Team Content and Activity: Teams, subgroups, membership and roles, invite codes, scheduling requests, Leave notes, cancellation reasons and review notes, trades, scheduling rules, capacity, blockouts, holidays, notifications and read state, administrative actions, reports, legal acceptance logs, security/audit trails, and deletion-event evidence.
6. Authentication and passwords
Authentication tokens and verification security states are protected using Android Keystore encryption. System-level backup and device-to-device transfer are disabled for app data. Logging out, deleting your account, or encountering an invalid session clears these secure tokens from your device
7. Team and role-based access
Schedule and membership information may be visible to authorized team members or administrators according to roles and product rules. Administrators may manage membership, rules, approvals, cancellations, holidays, and reports.
8. Reports
When generating reports, API data is rendered into a CSV file locally on your device and saved directly through the system document provider. This generated CSV file is not uploaded or transmitted to our servers by this feature.
9. Your Rights and Choices
You may exercise your rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting us.
10. Sharing and sale
Nenuvo does not intend to sell FlexSync personal information. Information may be processed by confirmed service providers, shown to authorized team participants, or disclosed when reasonably necessary for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or regulatory purposes.
11. Retention
Account, team, scheduling, audit, and security records are retained only while needed for the service and legitimate operational, security, legal, dispute, or regulatory purposes.
You can initiate an authenticated and transactional account deletion directly through the app. In-app deletion immediately removes active access and operational data, and anonymizes your historical identity. However, we retain limited anonymized operational records, security and audit evidence, legal-acceptance records, deletion-event evidence, and archived-team evidence where required for security, legal, or compliance purposes.
12. Correction, deletion, and anonymization
Users may correct supported profile information or ask Nenuvo for assistance. Account deletion is available at Delete Your FlexSync Account. Information may be deleted, anonymized, or retained where a legitimate basis applies.
13. Security
FlexSync is designed to use controlled access, role-based permissions, and HTTPS communication. Nenuvo uses reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.
14. Children’s privacy
FlexSync is a workforce-coordination tool and is not designed for children.
15. Policy updates and release review
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will communicate them at this website.
